• Unappreciated hero: Tap water - from the Made to Stick blog by Dan Heath. It also mentions Charles Fishman's article in Fast Company on bottled water, which is a wonderful read. Fishman's earlier article on Wal-Mart was equally good, but his book, The Wal-Mart Effect: How the World's Most Powerful Company Really Works--and How It's Transforming the American Economy was a big disappointment, flattering only to deceive.
