The Anudyuta Parva is the 28th Parva as per the 100-parva classification of the Mahabharata, and is itself a part of Sabha Parva. The Sabha Parva is the second parva as per the 18-parva classification of the Mahabharata.
I have won.
The Pandavas had gone "already gone a long distance away", but were recalled. Yudhishtra returned, even though "I know that it will lead to ruin, I cannot disobey the command."
Shakuni is at his sarcastic best when he tells Yudhishtra, "The old one returned all your riches and I worship him for that."
What is puzzling is why Yudhishtra agrees to this single stake of dice. More so because the text says, "But from shame and from his sense of dharma" Dharma one can understand, but the "shame" bit is a bit puzzling.
Anyway, the chapter ends with Shakuni telling Yudhishtra, "I have won."
I have read this chapter from Vol.2 of Bibek Debroy's translation of the unabridged Mahabharata. You can find my review of the volume here.
